What’s included?

10 design requests / month

Each month you can make 10 design requests for small projects (usually requiring around 1 hour of design time) including, for example:

• Social media post design (not including bespoke illustration)

• Business card amendments

• Print management of existing designs

• Letterhead amendments

• Client presentation tweaks

Alternatively, combine your requests for one or two slightly bigger projects or roll requests from multiple months together when requested in advance.

If additional design requests are made or top up required for larger projects, hourly commitment will be agree in advance and charged at the members only rate of £40/hour

1 revision round on each request

On each design request, you’ll get one chance to tweak and make changes. Usually these won’t be needed once we’ve forged a strong working relationship, that’s the benefit of working together on a longer term basis.

2 day turnaround

Unless otherwise discussed or combining requests for a bigger project, you can expect to receive your first design within 2 working days.
